Eskapo Adventure acts only as an agent for vendors and service providers (Provider) and as such, it is not liable for any loss, injury, death, accident or damage sustained in the course of availing the indicated services. In the event of any delay or suspension, it is the responsibility of the Provider to take the necessary remedial action to address the same and its consequences. In any case,Eskapo Adventures will extend necessary assistance to address concerns of guests and to safeguard their welfare, but the Provider will be responsible for the final decision on such requests. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, suspension, accidents and local conditions must be borne by the guest.

Travel routes/ itinerary, departure date, hotel accommodation or other service may be amended due to safety concerns, prevailing conditions or unforeseen circumstances. The right is reserved to substitute accommodation, shipping and air carriers of similar category or alternate programs, schedules, in any way necessary in the interest of tour members or due to circumstances over which the operators have no control, like weather and local conditions. Direct and indirect consequences of Acts of God or any circumstance/ emergency beyond the control of Eskapo Adventures and Provider such as failure to perform, delay, liability or damage shall be excused and shall not render them responsible for the same. In any case, any liability of Eskapo Adventures that can arise from its services shall be limited to the fees it received for the same, exclusive of tax.

RESERVATIONS
A 50% down payment at the time of booking is required. The balance is due 30 days before commencement of the tour. Full payment in advance is required to hold reservations made within 30 days from commencement of the tour.

If any balance is not fully paid by the date specified, the company may cancel the tour without any refund whatsoever.
Prices shall be final and subject to no change once payment in full has been received.
If price increases or exchange rate fluctuations force a substantial and justified increase of the agreed-upon price, and the customer is not willing to pay such an increase, all payments made will be refunded in full, less any applicable banking fee.
In the event the activity is shortened or extended due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances beyond the company’s control, any related expenses shall be the exclusive responsibility of the customers.
PRICES
Every effort is made to ensure that the prices quoted to you are correct; however Eskapo Adventures acts only as an agent and relies on information provided to us from the suppliers of the travel services and products. We will bring to your attention any change in price made prior to you completing your booking and paying the balance of the price. Please note some tour operators and travel service providers reserve the right to increase the price of your travel arrangements due to increases in airfares, hotel accommodation charges and currency fluctuations.
CANCELLATION
A handling fee of Php 200 + VAT per person applies, even in fortuitous events or any condition beyond our control. The following will be applied to Day and Banaue tours:
- Tours cancelled 8-30 days prior to commencement of services, twenty-five percent (25%) of the total price
- Tours cancelled 1-7 days prior to commencement of services, fifty percent (50%) of the total price
- Tours cancelled on departure day and later, 100% of total price
Cancellation fees will be based on hotels/ resorts/airlines and other charges of Provider. Refunds will be processed immediately after receipt of money from the Provider and receipt of unused tickets and negotiable documents. Service fee is non-refundable.

CUSTOMER'S ACCEPTATION
The customer declares to understand and accept the conditions described in this page, and such acknowledgment will be reconfirmed by any of the following events:
1. Payment (partial or in full) of the hired services, by any means of payment.
2. Reception of the receipt for the aforementioned services.
3. Using any of the parts of the services that have been hired.
